Randy Schwantz has spent 33 years in the trenches of commercial insurance, working with hundreds of top agencies across the U.S. and Canada.

He’s authored six bestselling books — including The Wedge, GRIT, and Agency Growth Machine — and his systems have helped producers write millions in new business while giving agency owners their time (and sanity) back.

Today, he lives in South Carolina with his wife and their three dogs. Two of his four daughters now help run the business. He’s a proud grandfather, an avid golfer, and still wakes up every day thinking about how to help agency leaders win.
